Most delivery problems aren't creative — they're technical. A trim that's off-spec, a conform that doesn't match, a colour space that drifts between versions, an IMF that fails validation. We run the technical side of finishing so your masters meet spec the first time and your schedule doesn't slip waiting on re-deliveries.

What we take on

  • Deliverables design — the full format matrix for every platform and territory, agreed up front so nothing is improvised at the deadline.
  • Conform & finishing — renderless, headless conform from your edit; clean-up, shot-matching, final renders.
  • HDR & SDR mastering — an HDR master with accurate down-conversions and trims, treated as part of the work rather than an afterthought.
  • QC — creative and technical quality control before anything leaves the building.
  • Packaging & delivery — DCP, IMF, broadcast and OTT deliverables built to each recipient's spec.

Formats & specs we deliver

HDR10 · HLG · Dolby Vision. PQ and Rec.709. UHD and HD. DCP and IMF. Broadcaster specs including ARTE and ZDF. OTT specs including Netflix and Amazon. If you have a spec sheet, we work to it. If you don't, we write one.

How we work

We plug into your existing pipeline rather than replacing it. Renderless, headless conform runs straight from your Avid timeline — no full re-renders to move between edit and grade. Metadata-based shot tracking means editorial changes flow through without breaking the grade or losing versions. Sessions run on-site, remote, or in the cloud.

Secure by default — TISAX® Level 3

For material under NDA or embargo, we're TISAX Level 3 certified: audited information security, redundant archiving, structured backups. For broadcasters, agencies and brands, that's often a precondition, not a nice-to-have.

When to bring us in

Earlier is cheaper. Involve us at the deliverables-planning stage and we'll define the format matrix, colour pipeline and QC steps before the shoot wraps — so finishing is a process, not a scramble. We also take on projects that arrive already edited and need a clean, spec-compliant master fast.
